**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to talk to customers about installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical lines, fixtures, and other items used for electricity distribution in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The candidate will also be working sales leads genereated by our website, generating leads from cold calling, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Answer phones, emails, or chats from customers attempting to communicate with IWAE.com
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Learn about the products that IWAE.com sells and explain the different potential applications of each product to customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or email campaigns
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as an Electrician
- Knowledge of NEC guidelines
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
- Experience in commercial and residential electrical systems
- Familiarity with low and high voltage systems
- Strong understanding of frame carpentry techniques
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of sales strategies and industry trends
- Experience in plumbing sales is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products/services
- Demonstrated ability in account management and business development
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics to drive results
