Pay rate : $23.68 per hour.
Benefits :
- Vacation : Accrual rate of 2 weeks beginning the first of the month following the hire date.
- Holidays : 10 designated and 1 floating

Schedule
The Shipping & Receiving Worker will be responsible for preparing items for shipment, receives all inbound material, maintains inventory and supplies all shipping and packaging material to the plant. Specialized worker will be responsible for releasing products from cold storage facilities and scheduling shipments. A successful applicant will be responsible for safely operating equipment in the assigned area while maintaining a high degree of quality for our products and working as efficiently as possible for our continuous operation facilities.

The individual in this role will be responsible for a wide variety of duties by working in, and with, all departments including : Production, Maintenance, QC, etc. Learning the process, including operation procedures on process equipment, will be the initial focus. SUMMARY : This position is responsible for the shipping and receiving of all raw materials, finished goods, sample material, equipment, parts, and packages for the company in accordance with established procedures. This position also ensures the proper storage, organization, and handling of all inventory.

Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
