Job Summary:
The Sr. Principal – HR Applications and Architecture Digital Technology Solutions will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions to enable digital transformation and innovation across the function.
This senior-level role demands a candidate with a strong background in business processes of the functional domain, architecture principles, technologies that support the business function, and partnership with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, design and ensure development of impactful solutions that optimize processes, for the identified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and integration with new and existing technologies.
- Design and implement sophisticated systems and reporting (HCM, AP/AR, payroll, timekeeping), ensuring seamless integration with other critical business systems to enhance overall operational efficiency and data integrity.
- Responsible for rationalization and optimization of technology solutions and platforms supporting the business functions.
- Translate business requirements and processes into solutions and design and document the solution architecture, including the integration, security, scalability, and performance aspects.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership in the analysis, implementation, and optimization of HR & Shared Services systems and processes.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR/Shared Services technologies such as ADP, UKG Kronos, ServiceNow HRSD & CSM.
- Workday and Saviynt experience strongly preferred. Proven expertise in Workday | Saviynt | ServiceNow integrations.
- A proven track record of optimizing global transformations and implementations/upgrades and incorporating digital workflows, RPA, OCR, and Power Apps.
