Sr. Director, Global Center of Excellence (COE), P2P Global Process & Digital Transformation
The Sr. Director is responsible for all aspects related to Procurement reporting on results, audit and controls, the ongoing management of the Procurement digital transformation and technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, owning and driving forward continuous improvement initiatives across the function plus support major organizational projects on the transformation roadmap
- Coaching leaders and front-line employees to develop and sustain continuous improvement mindsets and behaviors
- Conducting a thorough assessment of the company's total global spend by the periodic updating of a global spend cube/ spend analysis
- Driving adherence in use of the company's procurement technology
- Working closely, yet remotely with regional procurement teams regarding the utilization of strategies and techniques within the operating environment as well as other business support functions (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, etc.)
- Participating in the definition of a fully comprehensive category strategy for both direct and indirect goods and services
- Translate the global procurement strategy into detailed category plans with a set of measurable global, regional, and local targets
Requirements:
- At least 15 years' experience in Procurement, and 5 in a procurement leadership role
- A bachelor's degree in business, supply management, engineering or other related discipline and 5-7 years of continuous improvement and/ or project management experience
- Executive presence, confidence, and presentation skills to communicate a value proposition to a wide range of organizational and function levels
- Demonstrated success at driving cost savings, TCO, efficiency gains, and/or meeting other key business priorities
Salary Range:
$211,800.00-$282,400.00 Annual
