Job Title: Sr. Principal – HR Applications and Architecture Digital Technology Solutions
About the Role:
This senior-level role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions to enable digital transformation and innovation across the function.
This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, design, and ensure development of impactful solutions that optimize processes, for the identified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Analysis and Integration: Analyze existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and integration with new and existing technologies.
- Solution Architecture: Responsible for rationalization and optimization of technology solutions and platforms supporting the business functions.
- Technology Solution Evaluation and Value: In collaboration with Global Procurement, research, evaluate, and recommend digital technologies that can enhance finance efficiency, visibility, reporting, and resilience.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership in the analysis, implementation, and optimization of HR & Shared Services systems and processes.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR/Shared Services technologies such as ADP, UKG Kronos, ServiceNow HRSD & CSM.
- Workday and Saviynt experience strongly preferred.
