What We’re Looking For:
INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Caretaker for an apartment building located in Clearwater, MN. The ideal candidate will have cleaning experience and a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good condition.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the common areas of the building.
- Pick up paper, garbage, and debris from grounds and parking lots.
- Enforce the rules and regulations of the complex.
- Clean and touch-up paint for unit turnovers.
- Be available when on call for after-hour emergencies.
- Handle minor maintenance items throughout complex, as needed.
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):
- Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience.
- Ability to take initiative and to problem solve.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to use common sense judgment in day-to-day matters.
