What We’re Looking For:
INH Properties is seeking a responsible Part-Time Turnover Cleaner for The Legacy of Alexandria in Alexandria, MN.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month)
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
