What We’re Looking For:
INH Properties is seeking a Part-Time responsible Maintenance Technician for a 52 unit apartment buildings located in Hutchinson, MN. The ideal candidate will have building maintenance experience and a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good repair.
Job Responsibilities:
- Miscellaneous Maintenance & Carpentry
- Grounds upkeep and snow removal
- Interior painting
- Light Plumbing
- Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable
- Maintaining common areas
- Responding to work orders in a timely manner
- Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests
- All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents.
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):
- Experience in multi-family housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Boilers knowledge is strongly preferred
Required Qualifications:
- A high school or diploma or equivalent
- A valid Driver's License
- Time Management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
