- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and resolving conflicts.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Draft, proofread, and manage executive correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between the executive team and internal or external stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, and executive meetings.
- Conduct light research and prepare reports as needed.
- Provide additional administrative support to other team members as required.
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting, data analysis, and tracking collection efforts.
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling using tools such as Outlook.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and escalating accounts appropriately.
- Professional attitude with a customer-centric approach, while remaining firm and focused on achieving collection goals.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Experience planning board functions, monthly parties and annual events.
