The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in paid search, social, display, and other digital advertising channels, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Budget Management & Performance Analysis:
- Manage and allocate significant paid media budgets to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) and reporting tools.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress and provide actionable insights.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Platform Expertise & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media.
- Evaluate and recommend new platforms and technologies to enhance campaign performance.
- Develop and implement advanced targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Leverage data analytics and attribution modeling to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting campaign performance and recommendations.
- Work with creative teams to optimize ad creative.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with paid media vendors and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance meets expectations.
What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
- 8-10 years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on acquisition marketing.
- Proven track record of driving significant growth in customer acquisition and ROI.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with attribution modeling and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. 1
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with managing large budgets.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications.
- Experience with programmatic advertising.
