Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Paid Media Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our paid media strategies across various platforms. This role will be responsible for driving significant growth in customer acquisition and ROI through strategic planning, execution, and analysis of paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in paid search, social, display, and other digital advertising channels, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)


  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.
    • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Budget Management & Performance Analysis:
    • Manage and allocate significant paid media budgets to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) and reporting tools.
    • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress and provide actionable insights.
    • Identify and troubleshoot performance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Platform Expertise & Innovation:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media.
    • Evaluate and recommend new platforms and technologies to enhance campaign performance.
    • Develop and implement advanced targeting and retargeting strategies.
    • Leverage data analytics and attribution modeling to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting campaign performance and recommendations.
    • Work with creative teams to optimize ad creative.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with paid media vendors and partners.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance meets expectations.


Qualifications

What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)


  • 8-10 years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on acquisition marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving significant growth in customer acquisition and ROI.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience with attribution modeling and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. 1
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with managing large budgets.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising.


Education Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
