Strong Program management experience across Run and Change

Key Responsibilities :

Account Management : Oversee and manage large account ensuring the delivery of highquality services and solutions to clients.

Program Management : Lead and manage multiple programs ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.

Solutioning : Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth.

Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients team members and senior management.

Transformation Programs : Drive and manage transformation programs ensuring successful implementation and adoption.

Support Programs : Oversee support programs bring in stability and drive automation ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver value.

Innovation : Foster a culture of innovation encouraging the development and implementation of new ideas and technologies.

Minimum Mandatory Skills :

Strong program management skills

Excellent solutioning capabilities

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience Level :

Extensive experience in managing large accounts and leading programs

Proven track record of delivering successful transformation and support programs
