We’re looking for a Creative Specialist who brings a strong background in photography and videography, combined with the ability to quickly and accurately recreate creative concepts. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tell Stories: Your creative talents will help to skillfully tell visual stories through your videos and images, capturing the unique features and character of each property to create emotional connections with potential buyers. You will also have the opportunity to help build our clients’ brands by showcasing them and their properties in a compelling and professional manner that aligns with their brand identity.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- You have 2-3 years of creative experience as a professional or independent creative contractor.
- You are a passionate creative with refined photography, videography, and drone operation skills (major plus for candidates with drone operation experience).
- You are professional and showcase etiquette, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
- You are great with clients and understand the importance of customer service and relationship building.
- You are analytical and possess strong creative, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- You can function under pressure in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
- You are detail obsessive and understand the importance of attention to detail.
- You are kind and personable and showcase empathy in and outside of work.

BONUS POINTS
- You have a valid Part 107 drone pilot certification and a valid drivers license.
- Real estate industry, marketing/sales, client directing, and/or business/operations experience.
- You’re comfortable using a 3-axis gimbal to shoot stabilized video content
- Proficiency with mirrorless camera systems and lenses.
- Experienced completing personal branding projects, setting up studio lighting, using flash, and shooting portrait photography.
COMPENSATION & WORK HOURS
- Pay will be $25-30 per hour (based on experience).
- Working hours will average around 20 per week, with potential to scale to full-time.
- Exact working hours are dependent on the needs of the business and the completion of projects.
- The standard work schedule ranges from Monday to Friday, 9:00A to 6:00P, with optional evening and weekend hours available for a flexible schedule.
- Mileage on travel for work will be reimbursed at the standard rate.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
