We are looking for an experienced Area Director of Sales – Home Health to drive census growth and lead our sales team across Waco, Temple, Austin, New Braunfels, and Bryan.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Achieve census growth goals and oversee sales strategy implementation
- Build strong relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and assisted living facilities
- Work closely with executive leadership on sales planning and market expansion
- Support recruitment, training, and development of Sales Representatives
- Oversee admissions processes and ensure a seamless patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of sales and marketing experience in home health
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience
