Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow home health referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, and other referral sources
- Lead, coach, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve growth targets
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure alignment with company goals and Medicare home health regulations
What We’re Looking For:
