What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, etc.)
- Implement strategic marketing plans to increase patient census
- Educate the community on Interim HealthCare’s home health services
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless referral process
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home health or related fields
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
- Understanding of the Sherman, TX healthcare market is a plus
