Unit Specific Information
Unit specific guidelines for Labor and Delivery
Additional Details
Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. No declinations accepted.
Required for all travelers. Preferred to be completed prior to start, can be completed onsite.
Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler.
Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions / Declinations are accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times.
