Certification Details BLS Nursys Job Details ARRT required IR Lab or Hybrid OR experience required (2 years exp required) 0630-1700, 4 days per week (Mon-Fri) with rotating day off On-call required, 45 min response time On call 1-2 nights / week and every 3rd-4th weekend Job Requirements Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start. Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler. Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter. 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start. Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or verification of a history of varicella or herpes zoster (shingles) by a healthcare provider. Valid 10 years from the administered date. Qualifying reference(s) completed prior to first assignment. At least two professional references. Include Social Security Trace, Employment Verification, OIG Search and National Sex Offender. Run within 90 days of start. Reran if break in service >
90 days. Clinical only, to be completed within one year of start; updated annually for specialty. Within 30 days prior to the start of the first assignment with the client, updated annually thereafter. Verification of education relevant to candidate’s clinical work. Must be completed within 90 days of start.
