2 years of Cath Lab experience required
Full-Time 7a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. 4 days / week with one day off
On-call required for nights / weekends / holidays
Average 1 night / week and 1 weekend Q 4-5 weeks
30 minute response time

Unit Specific Information
Cardiac interventional radiology unit
Additional Details
Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. No declinations accepted.
Required for all travelers. Preferred to be completed prior to start, can be completed onsite.
Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler.
Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions / Declinations are accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times.
1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start. And / or Negative IGRA within 90 days of start date lab printout prior to start.
