Job Details

  • Adult and pediatric burn trauma surgical ICU RN.
  • Primary RN Care model.
  • Nursing care ratios 1 : 2 for critical care patients.
  • 1 : 1 nursing care support for burn trauma code 1 admissions and high acuity and post-operative patients.
  • Needs include invasive hemodynamic monitoring (At least Q 1 hr), IV drip titration, nurse driven burn fluid resuscitation following Parkland formula, ventilator management, CVVH, Q 1 h pulse and flap doppler checks, initial debridement and dressing changes, conscious sedation, surgical recovery, epidural pumps.

    • Job Requirements

  • Current Indiana RN license required.
  • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
  • Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler.
  • 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start.
  • Documentation of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required.
