Full-Time IR Lab RN
2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required.
Shift 7a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m., 4 days / week plus on call for nights, weekends and holidays
30 minute response time
Job Requirements
Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required to be completed prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter. Minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed.
Completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter in specialty. Minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization. Only 2 attempts allowed.
Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
HIPAA, Joint Commission - NPSG, OSHA Topics. Completed within a year of start updated yearly. Minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed.
As of December 1st, 2023, a new edition was released. Traveler must complete with a passing score of at least 80% with only two attempts permitted. Agency to grade and upload with % on top of first page along with traveler’s e-signature and date.
Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer.
Required for all travelers. Preferred to be completed prior to start, can be completed onsite.
Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or verification of a history of varicella or herpes zoster (shingles) by a healthcare provider.
