Job Details

Up to 1 night call a week

Up to 1 weekend work shift per month

Job Requirements

Must be AHA.

Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.

Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment.

Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required to be completed prior to start.

Completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter in specialty.

Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.

HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics completed within a year of start updated yearly.

Fit Test is required for all travelers.

1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start.

Additional Details

Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer.

Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler.

Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025.

Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter.
