Summary
As a Busser at INItaly Pizzeria & Bar, you will be an essential part of our front-of-house team, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will directly contribute to enhancing the guest experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and restrooms.
- Support the kitchen staff by assisting with dishwashing and food prep as required.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns.
- Help manage inventory of tableware and supplies to ensure readiness for service.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
