Position Overview :
The Entry-Level Events Assistant will assist in organizing and executing events that align with the company’s marketing goals. This individual will provide administrative and on-site support to ensure events run smoothly
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company and client events.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and event venues to ensure all details are finalized.
Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
Help create event timelines, schedules, and task lists.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of event materials.
Maintain event inventory and ensure proper storage and organization of supplies.
Support post-event tasks, including gathering feedback and assisting with reports.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
