Responsibilities

- Oversee account management activities to maximize client retention and growth.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for lead generation and business development.
- Facilitate product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance retail sales strategies and outside sales efforts.
- Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of competitors and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or related fields such as B2B sales or technology sales.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and market analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
