Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Educator at Inizio Engage is responsible for delivering educational support and training to healthcare professionals in oncology settings.
This role includes presenting product-specific information, conducting in-services, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with company standards.
You will work closely with our team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of each office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presents educational programs to healthcare professionals in accordance with the needs of each office
- Engages in program-related communications with client's field-based sales force
- Communicates concerns identified during the in-service education process to the manager
- Accurately and timely reports on all visits, including type of education conducted, length of visit, and office visited
- Completes all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Active nursing license in good standing in at least one state in which the in-services are being conducted
- At least three years of oncology nursing experience, including direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in-servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access
- Ability to travel, including overnight travel, up to 100% of the time
- Good communication, speaking, and writing skills
- Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI) preferred
