What will you be doing?
- Deliver appropriate and approved information and messaging to target accounts
- Achieve call and sales activity targets as set by the company
- Complete administrative duties as required
- Develop a strong understanding of the marketplace, therapeutic area, and product benefits, including mechanism of action, indications, efficacy, and safety
- Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, applicable laws and regulations, and market access environment, including pharmacy economics, reimbursement landscape, and patient flow between institutions and community practices
- Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals in physician offices, urgent care facilities, and pharmacies
- Ask strategic, insightful questions to identify customer needs and tailor messaging accordingly
What do you need for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience required
- Previous Medical Device Sales experience preferred
- 1 years of eye care sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and execute a territory business plan
- Proven ability to establish long-term business relationships with key customers
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Excellent prioritization, decision-making, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM/Veeva, and sales reporting technology
