What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/Registered Nurse Educator Nursing Education position at Inizio Engage?
Clinical Nurse Educator at Inizio Engage is responsible for delivering educational support and training to healthcare professionals in oncology settings. This role includes presenting product-specific information, conducting in-services, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with company standards.
We are seeking a performance-driven Clinical Educator to deliver educational support and training support for Healthcare Professionals and other office staff within oncology facilities/offices in their management of patients with cancer in order to meet all relevant standards as set by the company/client and Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide education through in-services (account calls) to HCPs and HCP staff on Product specific information including but not limited to Product information, disease state information, dosing protocols and information, administration of product, and adverse events of Product. Present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office. Engage in Program related communications with client's field-based sales force (representatives and district managers). Communicate to the Manager any concerns identified during the in-service education process. Accurate and timely reporting of all visits, including but not limited to the type of education conducted, length of visit, and office that was visited. Report on interactions with HCPs and HCP staff. Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and monthly expense reports. Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices with client Sales Representatives. To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio or the Client requires to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions. Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as required. Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws. To possess a full valid US driver's license at all times and to notify the company immediately of any offences or accumulation of penalty points Active nursing license to be in good standing in at least one state in which the in-services are being conducted. Must have at least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience that includes, but is not limited to, direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access. Ability to travel, including overnight travel. The amount of travel varies by territory but may be up to 100% travel. Must have good communication speaking, and writing skills. Ability to conduct one on one and group presentations, manage administrative responsibilities consistent with a field-based territory management position. Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI) preferred Adult oncology experience
