ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Writer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research, gather, and understand technical information from subject matter experts to create clear and concise documentation.
- Develop and maintain user manuals, guides, technical specifications, and other documentation for software, hardware, or other technical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, updates, and changes to ensure documentation remains relevant and accurate.
- Work closely with product teams to understand new features and functionalities and translate technical details into user-friendly documentation.
- Assist in creating tutorials, FAQs, and other educational materials to support end-users.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on documentation and make necessary improvements.
