ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW :
We are looking for a go-getter person who can understand and define (as required) :
- Analytic strategies to meet the demands of business requirements
- Technical requirements of the analytic solutions
- Data requirements of the analytic solution processes
Implementation and Configuration :
Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP PAPM modules to align with business requirements and strategic objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for profitability and performance management.System Integration :
Ensure seamless integration of SAP PAPM with other relevant systems and modules, such as SAP S / 4HANA, Finance, and Business Intelligence.Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues to maintain data accuracy and consistency.Data Management :
Oversee the management and validation of financial and performance-related data within SAP PAPM.Implement data governance practices to maintain data quality, integrity, and security.Performance Analysis :
Utilize SAP PAPM tools to conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Generate reports and dashboards to present actionable insights to stakeholders.User Training and Support :
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure proficiency in utilizing SAP PAPM functionalities.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing any issues and optimizing system usage.Continuous Improvement :
Stay abreast of SAP PAPM updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of profitability and performance management processes.Collaboration :
Collaborate with finance, IT, and other relevant departments to understand evolving business needs and align SAP PAPM accordingly.Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage client discussionsCANDIDATE PROFILE :
4 years of proven experience as an SAP PaPM systems analyst, developer or consultant with successful implementations and system evolution including configuration and customization capabilities4 years of proven experience translating functional requirements into a technical solution utilizing SAP PaPMSAP certification in profitability and Performance management is preferableBachelor's Degree in computer engineering, computer science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and 4 years of experience as a practicing SAP analyst, developer or consultant
