ROLE
We are seeking a Lead Insurance Analyst who will play a key customer-facing role for an Insurance customer. Candidate should have extensive consulting experience in the Insurance industry. This is a Hybrid role with 2 days per week from the office in Boston, MA.
ROSES & RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
- Expected to work in close collaboration with the Client team and the internal team on establishing relationships with stakeholders, identifying new opportunities in areas of growth
- Provide Project, Client & Team Management and Monitor the progress of deliverables on a daily basis and ensure timely resolution of any issues
- Facilitate seamless flow of communication from top to bottom and the other way around for seamless execution of projects
- Manage cross-functional team of resources
- Actively seeks ways of improving current methods, systems, processes and structures
- Ensure Industry best practices are followed, Communicate and follow up with the delivery team
- Brainstorming on pain areas / Identifying reasons for issues / Issue Resolution, diagnosis of inefficiencies in the current process, and figuring out ways to resolve it
- Provide technical direction to project team members across data modeling, data manipulation, visualization, predictive modeling, Reporting, and Automation projects across the Insurance Value Chain
- Develop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients across Insurance functions
- Manage the program governance framework
- Strategically align the business vision and objectives to the projects initiated in different teams
- Build a thorough understanding of the client's brand, businesses, customers, and competitive landscape and provide strategic guidance in building requisite project management initiatives
- Facilitate client working sessions and lead recurring project status meetings
- Manage day-to-day project operations, and serve as the functional and domain expert on the project team to ensure that they meet client expectations
