Job Title: Truck Driver/ Production Associate
Reports to Donated Goods Supervisor
Supervises: Delivery Assistant
General Purpose of the position: To complete scheduled pickups of furniture and miscellaneous donations as well as deliveries of purchased furniture. To complete processing of all Donated Goods for resale in a safe, efficient and pleasant environment.
- Unload the truck.
- Clean/Sweep Truck after unloading.
- Load Next day’s deliveries as directed.
- Give donation receipts to each pick up customer if they desire one.
- Sort incoming donations into proper category.
- Maintain quality standards.
- Transport processed merchandise into the store.
- Place merchandise not up to quality standards in charity recycle or trash containers.
- Inform supervisor of problems or suggestions for improved efficiency.
- Transport pre-sorted items to appropriate department for processing.
- Transport Charity and Recycle to designated area as bags fill.
- Assist customers as needed in processing area and store when necessary
- Complete end of shift cleanup.

Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, moving boxes, totes, furniture, pushing and pulling. Must have the ability to lift heavy furniture.
Valid Arizona driver’s license, 1 year experience driving a box truck, and a background check is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
