Injury Centers of Brevard is an Chiropractic / Physio Therapy clinic with 3 locations throughout Brevard that helps patients recover from accidents and injuries. Our Cocoa location is now looking to hire a fulltime Admin Assistant/Front Desk.

Office Hours Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-6:15PM, Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM
Lunch Daily from 12:15PM-1:20PM
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments effectively.
- Ensure Patients are following their care plan.
- Maintain accurate patient records through data entry and file management.
- Sending & retrieving medical records.
- Spreadsheets/ EHR.
- Insurance verification.
- Collecting payments.
- Correspondence with management and other offices.
- Maintaining smooth flow of daily operations.
- Implementing and maintaining compliance with policies and protocols.
- Provide leadership and support to all co-workers.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed to support office operations.
- Cultivate positive attitude and maintain friendly and professional atmosphere.
Requirements
- 2 years of Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles is required.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Must be a Team Player.
- Must be Dependable.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in busy setting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- 2 years of Proven Management experience is required.
- Bilingual is preferred but open to all.

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 41 per week
