Job Purpose :
We are seeking a Product Merchandise Coordinator to support our product development and merchandising teams by managing samples, coordinating with vendors, overseeing SKU setup, and ensuring a seamless transition from product development to e-commerce. This in-office role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to take on a variety of tasks to support our growing business.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Product Development & Sample Coordination
- Organize and track product samples, ensuring all revisions and approvals align with brand standards.
- Communicate with vendors to manage production timelines, revisions, and final approvals.
- Maintain accurate product data, including specifications, pricing, and packaging details.
- Work cross-functionally with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution of new product launches.
