Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Professional Tattoo Artist (NO APPRENTICES) to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic background, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. As a Tattoo Artist, you will be responsible for designing and applying tattoos that meet the unique preferences of our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the process.
Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their tattoo ideas and preferences, providing professional advice on design and placement.
- Illustrate custom tattoo designs based on client requests, incorporating elements of color theory and personal style.
- Execute high-quality tattoos using various techniques while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized before and after each use.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients before, during, and after the tattooing process.
- Assist in store management tasks as needed, including inventory management and maintaining a welcoming studio environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continually enhance skills and artistry.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tattooing with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures to ensure client safety during the tattooing process.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
- Familiarity with store management practices is a plus.
- Understanding of sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations.
- Proficiency in color theory to enhance design quality.
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting services and products within the studio.

Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
