We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and grow our influencer marketing program by identifying, recruiting, and maintaining relationships with affiliates and influencers promoting our products. Your primary goal will be to maximize revenue through effective partnerships and campaign optimization while ensuring that affiliate relationships are mutually beneficial. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO-
- Affiliate Program Management :
Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners.
Identify new potential affiliate partners and lead the recruitment process.
Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
Collaborate with affiliates to test and optimize social media campaigns, creative assets, landing pages, and other promotional materials.
Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate inquiries and issues.
Work closely with the marketing, wholesale sales, and product teams to align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business goals.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE -
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, industry trends, and best practices.
Experience working with performance-based compensation models.
