About the Position:
Inked is seeking a full-time Real Estate Land Acquisition Agent to support our nationally growing footprint.

What Success Looks Like:
- Provide honest, respectful outreach to assigned landowners.
- Provide professional representation and communication to Inked and its clients throughout outreach, negotiations, and closings.
- Update landowner interactions daily in Inked project tracker and/or software as directed by a Project Manager.
- Travel to field locations as necessary to meet client, project, and landowner needs.
- Review documents distributed by Land Technicians for errors and completeness. Upload files to a Land Technician and/or software as directed by a Project Manager.
- Follow Project Manager guidance for interactions with internal departments and client representatives.
- Coordinate and support negotiations, closings, and delivery of funds.
- Provide other acquisition, permitting, or support as directed by a Project Manager

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in sales or business administration preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or meaningful experience
Pay Range:
- $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
