Position Overview
A leading Hawaii-based healthcare organization with deep community roots seeks an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management to oversee and optimize the company’s billing, coding, claims processing, and reimbursement functions. This role is critical to ensuring financial health and operational efficiency across multiple healthcare service lines, including home infusion, retail pharmacy, and long-term care. The Director will drive compliance, lead a multidisciplinary team, and implement process improvements that support the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional care with local values and the Aloha Spirit.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims processing, payment reconciliation, and accounts receivable.
- Lead and develop a team of revenue cycle professionals, ensuring productivity and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid.
- Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial goals and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

- Associate’s degree or in lieu of a degree, HS diploma or GED and an additional 2 years of experience, for a total of 7 or more years at the Manager or Director level
- Knowledge of process improvement models such as FOCUS-PDCA or CQI standards.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
