Position Overview:
A leading Pacific-region distributor seeks an experienced Regional VP of Finance to oversee financial strategy, planning, and operations across multiple sites in Hawaii and Guam. This executive role ensures financial health, operational efficiency, and alignment with broader organizational goals. With oversight of finance, inventory control, compliance, and credit management teams, the VP of Finance plays a pivotal role in driving regional success through strategic planning, financial analysis, and cross-department collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve regional profit goals.
- Conduct monthly financial performance reviews and analyze variances to targets.
- Oversee and mentor a team, including 2 Finance Managers, an Inventory Control Manager, and a Credit Manager across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support key decision-making and drive profitability.
- Travel quarterly (or more frequently during onboarding) to meet with teams across the region.

Salary : $140,000 - $199,000
