Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting daily operations by providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and prepare meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and taking minutes.
  • Maintain and update files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with office supplies management, including inventory tracking and ordering.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate internal team communications.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
