Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting daily operations by providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and prepare meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and taking minutes.
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with office supplies management, including inventory tracking and ordering.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate internal team communications.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
