Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution.
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment rental, and catering services.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Support the lead event coordinator by preparing timelines, floor plans, and guest lists.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and promoting events through various channels.
- Help with registration and guest management during events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and vendors.
