Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in event planning, organization, and execution from start to finish.
- Manage event materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Support event registration, guest lists, and attendee check-ins.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining event documents.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces.
- Address on-site issues and provide support to event staff and attendees.
- Maintain communication with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Promote events through marketing and social media efforts when necessary.
