Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings.
- Coordinate event logistics such as venue setup, catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment.

- Maintain event calendars and schedules.
- Manage event-related communications with vendors, participants, and internal teams.
- Prepare and distribute event materials, such as invitations, programs, and signage.

- Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring smooth operations.
