Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage communications through email and other platforms.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize files, records, and other important documents, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
- Correspondence: Prepare and send out letters, emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the office or management team.
- Data Entry & Filing: Input and maintain accurate data in systems and databases, including updating employee or client records.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure that necessary materials are always available.
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors, clients, and employees, provide assistance, and ensure proper visitor protocols are followed.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required by the management team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
