Customer Service Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support while promoting our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to promote products and services.
• Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions in our computerized system.
• Utilize phone etiquette to engage with clients professionally and courteously.
• Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to improve client services and operational efficiency.
• Assist in administrative tasks within the office as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using office software and computerized systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience in outbound calling is a plus but not required.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $67,909.00 per year
