The Position:

We are hiring for a skilled and motivated Foreman to join our construction field team. As the Foreman, you will provide on-site coordination for all phases of multifamily construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.


  • Build a strong rapport with subcontractors and all project team members while maintaining a high focus on communication, coordination, and safety.
  • Quality control and assurance on the job – daily walk through of site and units.
  • Inspect completed and in-progress structures and sites for safety, compliance, and job completion.
  • Managing of onsite general labor force.
  • Ensure a clean and safe job site is maintained.
  • Support the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent with tasks as assigned.

What We Are Seeking:

A team focused Foreman with strong experience working on successful, ground-up multifamily construction projects.

  • Must be a team player who takes a “we over me” approach to building and sustaining relationships with others.
  • Previous experience with multifamily construction, specifically wood framed projects is a plus.
  • Previous experience managing a crew or trade partners.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of plan reading, shop drawing review, and specification review.
  • Ability to travel for out-of-state projects.
  • Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive pay, $70,000-$75,000 (based on experience).
