The Position :
We are hiring for a Project Coordinator to join our construction team in Spokane, WA . As the Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our Director of Construction, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers to ensure project information is accurately maintained across our construction projects.
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
- Compile and maintain project data to accurately report metrics around project schedules and budgets.
- Maintain detailed files and logs on unit prices for each project.
- Assist with labor tracking and forecasting.
- Organize and maintain project documents for our Special Projects division.
- Assist with estimating and quantity take offs.
- Ensure that accurate records and documentation are maintained from all estimates.
- Generate reports on our construction and development projects, ensuring information is updated regularly.
