Compensation Range : $24.00 to $42.00 Hourly, Depending on Experience

We are seeking a Paralegal to assist the Director of Litigation (DDL) to support our litigation efforts and strengthen our internal systems and training programs. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about access to justice.
The Assistant to the Director of Litigation will provide critical support to the DDL in managing litigation-related initiatives, training programs, and organizational processes. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience in legal research and case management.
