Grow Lead
Description:
The Grow Lead is responsible for execution of all aspects of cultivation. This includes management and oversight of processes and workflows within the grow including: feeds and feed schedule, nutrient regimen for plants at various stages of growth, Harvest, trimming, buckdown, cleanliness and sanitation, general maintenance, environment oversight and management, logging data and notes, general plant care and general farm labor as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
