What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regulatory Affairs Analyst position at Inland Empire Health Plan?
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Analyst II, Regulatory Affairs to support our regulatory compliance efforts at Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP). The Analyst II, Regulatory Affairs will ensure that plan operations, processes, procedures, and policies align with regulatory requirements from Covered California, CMS, DHCS, and DMHC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet member needs while fostering strong working relationships
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IEHP's Quality Program goals, including HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA Accreditation
Requirements:
- Experience interacting with regulatory agencies, such as Covered California, Medicare, and Medi-Cal
- In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements and practices
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to effectively convey objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
