We're looking for a Building Engineer to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of our commercial building. As the go-to person for all things related to building maintenance, you'll play a vital role in keeping our building in top-notch condition, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our tenants. If you have a practical mindset, keen attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot & Repair : Resolve issues with building systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other equipment.
- Maintenance & Equipment Care : Maintain and repair a variety of building equipment, such as pumps, valves, electrical devices, and more.
- Install & Adjust Systems : Assist with installing and adjusting building systems as needed.
- Repairs : Tackle repairs on building finishes, including ceiling tiles, doors, walls, floors, and hardware. Painting included!
- Improve Processes : Evaluate maintenance processes and recommend improvements to save time and resources.
- Emergency Response : Be ready to address emergency situations and tenant requests promptly and efficiently.
- Regular Inspections : Inspect the building and grounds regularly for safety hazards, maintenance needs, and compliance with regulations.
- Fire & Life Safety : Operate and maintain fire and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Code & Regulation Compliance : Ensure all building operations follow local codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
